Through the contact form and the free audit form on the site we collect: an email address, optionally a company name, the message content, and - in the audit form - optionally the sales channel and product EAN codes submitted by the requester. Providing the data is voluntary but necessary to respond to the inquiry.
We process the data to respond to inquiries, prepare a quote or an audit, and, where applicable, to enter into and perform a cooperation agreement. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract, at the request of the data subject) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the controller's legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence).
The contact form runs on Amazon Web Services infrastructure (eu-central-1 region, Frankfurt, Germany), where data is briefly processed to send the message and deliver a confirmation to the controller's mailbox. We do not share data with any other party beyond the technical infrastructure providers necessary to operate the site, unless required by law.
Inquiry data is kept for the duration of the correspondence and for 12 months from the last contact, unless a cooperation agreement is entered into - in which case data is processed for the duration of the agreement and for the period required by applicable law (e.g. tax and accounting regulations).
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, port it, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, an analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not track visitors across sites. We do not carry out automated profiling of visitors.
