Allegro

The largest marketplace in Poland runs on its own logic. We cover the full scope here: content, titles, advertising and budgets - with tooling for bulk changes.

Listing content

Generating and bulk-publishing descriptions, auditing listings for completeness and compliance, testing changes before they go live. Updating an entire portfolio is a single process run with a preview of the changes before publication, not listing-by-listing clicking.

Titles as a discipline of their own

On Allegro the title drives visibility more than anything else, which is why we treat it as a separate process with a full cycle:

  1. Keyword classificationWhich phrases actually generate traffic in the category, and which are just filler.
  2. Title generationProposals built around real phrases and character limits, not around a hunch.
  3. Position snapshotWe record the starting point so there is something to compare against.
  4. Publication and testChanges go out in bulk, with part of the portfolio kept as a control group.
  5. Impact reportWhat changed in positions and sales. If nothing did, we go back to step one.

Campaigns and budgets

We run campaigns in both modes - those built on manually selected phrases and the automated ones. On top of that comes a layer that is easy to forget: daily budget control and catching campaigns that burn money without returning any.

Pricing and availability

Price analysis against category competitors, stock synchronisation with the warehouse, and catching listings that have dropped out of availability. Running out of stock on Allegro costs twice: you lose the sales and the position, which then has to be rebuilt.

Why bulk changes matter. The difference between an agency clicking through a panel and one working on the API shows up at scale. A price change across the whole portfolio, or a description fix on every page of a brand, is a single task here. That translates directly into how fast we can react to a competitor's move.
