Case studies

Four examples from recent quarters. The descriptions are anonymised - we give the client type and the scale, without tying specific work to a brand name.

Recovering a catalogue that had drifted apart across markets

Cosmetics manufacturer · Amazon · EU markets

Situation
A catalogue that had drifted after years of changes: part of the listings suppressed, truncated descriptions in several languages, wrong attributes on product pages, product volumes stated inconsistently with the label. Every market needed its own fix, so nobody took it on.
What we did
An audit of the whole portfolio for completeness and compliance, a list of discrepancies grouped by cause, then a bulk correction through the API - a single operation covering all markets at once, with a preview of the changes before execution.
Outcome
Listings restored to sale across every market involved, consistent product data, and the correction process stayed in place - a recurring audit now catches new discrepancies before they turn into a sales blocker.

Title optimisation in a highly competitive category

Beauty brand · Allegro

Situation
The listings existed and were competitively priced, but did not appear on the phrases customers were actually searching for. Titles had been written around the product name rather than around how people phrase a query.
What we did
Keyword classification for the category, new titles generated around real queries, a snapshot of starting positions, then publication with part of the portfolio kept as a control group. After the test period, a report comparing both groups.
Outcome
A measurable shift in positions on the target phrases and a sales increase in the group with the new titles. The control group made it possible to separate the effect of the change from seasonality.

Bulk GPSR compliance ahead of the deadline

Distributor · Amazon · EU markets

Situation
Hundreds of listings without manufacturer details, spread across several markets. Filling in the forms by hand meant weeks of work and a real risk that part of the portfolio would be blocked before the job was finished.
What we did
We built a repeatable process that pulls the list of gaps from each market, checks the required resolution path for every case, submits the data in bulk and confirms the filing at the end.
Outcome
Compliance achieved before the deadline, with no sales blocks. The process was run again for subsequent products added to the range - the cost of the second run was close to zero.

Quantifying the sales lost to stockouts

FMCG brand · Amazon and Allegro

Situation
The client knew products ran out from time to time, but not what it cost - nor which items were the most sensitive. Purchasing decisions were made on gut feel.
What we did
We matched availability history against sales history on both channels and calculated the sales lost during out-of-stock periods, per product. On top of that, a standing alert for stock approaching depletion.
Outcome
A concrete figure instead of a hunch, a priority list for replenishment and earlier warnings. An additional benefit: avoiding the loss of search position, which takes weeks to rebuild after a longer stockout.
We do not name brands in implementation descriptions - clients trust us with their sales data, and we do not think their results are material for our advertising. References can be provided directly, once agreed with the client.
