Free listing audit. All we need are EAN codes

We are not asking for account access, reports or sales data. Send the EAN codes of your products and we will send back a list of what your customers and the search engine actually see, with the costliest problems marked.

What we check

  • Whether the product exists at all. For every code we check which marketplaces have a product page and where one is missing although it should be there.
  • Duplicate listings. The most common silent cost in a catalogue: two pages for the same product splitting traffic, reviews and sales history between them.
  • Content completeness. Title, bullets, description, A+ content, number and quality of images, video. Every gap is a place where the page loses to a competitor.
  • Variants. Whether sizes and shades form one family or stand alone and fail to share reviews.
  • Who sells on your listing. Number of offers, who holds the Buy Box and whether sellers you do not know about are showing up.
  • Price gaps between markets. Public prices across marketplaces side by side, with the difference in percent.
  • Compliance data. Whether the page carries the manufacturer and responsible person details required by GPSR. Missing them can pull the offer down without warning.
  • Reviews. How many there are, what the rating is and whether they carry across variants.
  • Presence on Allegro. Whether the code sits in the product catalogue, whether offers exist and whether they are yours.
  • Search visibility. Whether the product shows up for the phrases customers actually use to look for it.

Send your EAN codes

We send the result to the address you give. No newsletter sign-up, no phone calls.

One code per line or separated by commas. Up to 20 codes.

We send the result back within two to three working days.

Up to 20 EAN codesThat is what we check free of charge. With a larger catalogue, pick the products that matter most.
Two to three working daysThat is usually how long it takes to gather the data across marketplaces and write up what it means.
No strings attachedThe list of problems is yours whether or not you decide to work with us.

What we cannot see without access

To be straight about it: an audit based on EAN codes alone has a limit. Without account access we will not see advertising campaigns and what they cost, margins, stock levels, internal platform reports or the history of support cases. All of that requires granted permissions and only comes into play once we actually start working together.

What we do see is exactly what your customer and the search algorithm see. In our experience that layer is where most of the money left on the table sits: a suppressed listing nobody noticed, a duplicate page taking half the traffic, missing compliance data, or a price that is a third higher on one market than on the one next door.

How it works

  1. You send the codesPaste the EAN codes into the form. Nothing else is needed to start.
  2. We gather the dataWe check publicly available information about those products on the channels and markets you name.
  3. You get the listSpecific problems, each with a short note on why it costs money, ordered from the most expensive down.
  4. You decideIf you want, we talk about what to fix and in what order. If not, the list stays with you and you can handle it yourself.

Questions that come up most often

Is it really free?

Yes, for up to 20 EAN codes. We do it because a list of problems is the fastest way to see whether there is anything worth talking about. There is no trial period and nothing to sign.

Do you need access to our account?

No. The audit is based on data the platforms show publicly to anyone. Access is only needed if something actually has to be fixed.

We have 500 products, what then?

Pick the 20 that matter most. The same mistakes usually repeat across the whole catalogue, so a sample shows the scale. Going through an entire catalogue is project work and we quote it separately.

What do you do with our data?

EAN codes are public, but we still use them only for this audit and pass them to nobody. The e-mail address is there to send the result back and to answer questions.

Which markets do you check?

By default Poland and the largest European Amazon marketplaces, plus Allegro. If you sell elsewhere, add it in the notes.

Who does the work?

Jakub Milewski. The same person who makes the changes later, if you decide to work with us.
