The questions that come up in the first conversation. Answers without the padding.
On yours. On Amazon one legal entity holds one seller account and runs the European marketplaces from it - you do not open a second one. We only set up a new account if the company does not have one yet. We start with an audit of what is already there: catalogue, suppressed listings, content, prices, campaigns.
No. Seller accounts, the brand and the data stay on your side. We work on access you grant and can revoke at any time. The same applies to Brand Registry - the brand is registered on your account, not ours.
The audit and connecting to your data usually take the first week. The first bulk changes go live once you approve a preview of what will happen. Getting the recurring processes fully running is typically a matter of a few weeks, depending on the state of the catalogue.
Both. One-off work such as catalogue recovery, GPSR compliance or a Transparency rollout is billed per project. Ongoing channel management is a retainer. Scope and price are agreed after the audit, so nobody has to guess.
No, but that is where most of our experience sits. We work in regulated categories - cosmetics, household chemicals, supplements, medical devices - where product data and compliance decide whether an offer can go live at all.
All the better. A common split is that your team runs sales and relationships while we take the technical layer: integrations, bulk changes, compliance, reporting. We do not need to take over everything for this to make sense.
Yes, once agreed with the client concerned. On the website we do not tie brand names to specific implementations, because we work with other people's sales data.
Jakub Milewski, the owner. There is no layer of account managers relaying decisions. You write to one person and that same person makes the changes.
Tell us what you are dealing with. You will get a straight answer, not a twenty-slide deck.
