Automation and integrations

We work with official platform APIs, not through third-party panels. What others do by hand, we run as a process that can be repeated and verified.

What we connect to

What an implementation looks like

  1. Audit of the starting pointWhat is in the catalogue, what is broken, where the money leaks. The biggest gain usually sits in fixing what exists, not in adding something new.
  2. Access and connectionWe connect to the platforms and to your data. Nothing moves onto our accounts - everything stays on your side.
  3. First run in dry modeEvery process of ours has a mode that reads the data and shows what it would do without changing anything. Bulk changes only go ahead once the preview is approved.
  4. Launch and monitoringProcesses run on a schedule with alerts on anomalies. Nobody has to remember to trigger anything.
  5. Report and correctionResults flow back into the shared dataset. Whatever does not work gets fixed in the next cycle.

Monitoring and alerts

A set of independent checks watches the areas where silence does not mean everything is fine: account health and violations, stock levels, campaign performance, search positions, sales against the norm, and the freshness of the data itself. An anomaly reaches us as an alert rather than waiting for a monthly review.

A rule we insist on. Every bulk operation has a safeguard: a preview before execution, a record-count check and the ability to roll back. The scale that gives you the advantage is the same scale at which one mistake can wreck an entire catalogue in minutes.

Reporting

Sales data, competitor prices, positions, campaigns and stock - collected automatically and delivered where they are actually used. Usually straight into the spreadsheet the client already works in, rather than creating yet another tool to log into once a month.
